To the Question of the Development Logic of the Lugansk People's Republic Unified Digital Socio-Economic Platform

The modern development of the entrepreneurial structures is possible only under conditions corresponding to the digitalization of the economic relations. The acceleration of the processes of the Lugansk People's Republic information development in general and the entrepreneurship in particular, has generated the need for the transition to the new, digital level of relations and the creation of the United Digital Socio-Economic Platform of the LPR.
The study proposes the fundamental model of the interaction between business entities, government authorities, institutions, public organizations of the LPR and consumers of goods and services within the framework of the United Digital Socio-Economic Platform of the LPR. Also, proceeding from the priority and scientific interest of the research, organizational models of the interaction of business entities with the public sector and the consumers of goods and services were scientifically substantiated. The architecture of the model implementation of the interaction between subjects within the United Digital Socio-Economic Platform of the LPR received conceptual justification at the methodological, organizational, technological, managerial, economic and informational levels.
In order to ensure the information security, the necessity of creating the users’ associative association of the digital platform – the Digital Socio-Economic Union of the LPR, is substantiated, the main tasks of which are to establish the digital identification of subjects and facilitate the digital transformation of the socio-economic processes at all functioning levels of the social-economic system. The model of the subject functional interaction within the framework of the LPR Unified Digital Socio-Economic Platform with the use of the «artificial intelligence» technology is presented.
