Economic and Mathematical Model for Assessment of the Organizational and Economic Mechanism Functioning for the Development of Entrepreneurial Structures in the New Economy

In the course of study, the economic and mathematical model for assessment of the mechanism functioning for the development of the entrepreneurial structures in the new economy is improved on the basis of four groups of the quantitative and qualitative factor functionals (functional assessment of the mechanism external environment; functional assessment of the economic component of the mechanism internal environment; functional assessment of the business socialization; indicators for assessing the degree of influence of the environmental factors on the development of an entrepreneurial structure) using the fuzzy logic apparatus to construct a scale for identifying its results.
In the future, the author's model will allow to determine the system of factors of the economic stability of business structures in the new economy, which, unlike the existing ones, has an integrated approach and includes the impact of crises and cycles on factors of external internal influence; the structure of factors; the research algorithm (represented by four interrelated stages) and allows to eventually obtain indicators of external and internal stability.
