Abstract

In connection with the economy openness many processes are available for many organizations and can be copied. The success of some organizations and the failure of others are explained by a certain factor that allows the organization to be the leader.

The work with a person as a resource for an organization begins at the adaptation stage.  The effectiveness of the further work and the possibility of realizing the abilities of both the employee himself and achieving the goals of the entire organization depends on how effectively this process is organized. It is believed that the staff is a valuable resource for an organization.  However, without competent personnel management as a resource, the company can lose it. Adaptation management of new employees in the team is one of the most important tasks that the personnel service has to solve.

Personnel adaptation makes it easier for an employee to enter the organization, therefore, it is so important for the adaptation in the new place to be successful and as painless as possible for a new employee.
