The moments of resistance on the part of the mechanisms may have different laws of change, kinematic schemes differ significantly from each other. The EMC classification can be performed according to the type of the calculated mechanical circuit and the nature of loading. The lack of sufficient data on loading modes at the design stage leads in reality to failures under the influence of parasitic forces. Determining the causes of failure requires not only qualitative, but also quantitative assessment, which is achieved by simulation modeling, primarily the dynamic forces that arise when gaps increase. The applied nature of this study requires the use of a unified approach that allows to reduce complex computational schemes to several standard ones and to evaluate the behavior of the system.
V.F.
