ANALYSIS AND SYNTHESIS OF PRINCIPAL AND STRUCTURAL MODELS OF CONTINUOUS FLOW-SPACE TECHNOLOGICAL SYSTEMS

The paper presents a methodology for the synthesis of principal structural models of flow-type technological machines (FTTMs) intended for the development of continuous flow-type technological systems (FTTSs). It is shown that efficient design of such systems can be achieved on the basis of a formal description of volumetric–spatial structures and principal kinematic schemes using decomposition and composition methods. An algorithm for the synthesis of principal structural models of FTTMs is proposed, which is based on the decomposition of complex structures into elementary motions and elements followed by the formation of ordered tuples. Examples of FTTM synthesis with different numbers of input and output workpiece flows are considered, as well as the features of spatial motion of basic technological actions. Methods for organizing the loading and unloading of workpieces of simple and complex configurations are analyzed, and their influence on the kinematic and dynamic characteristics of FTTMs is demonstrated. The obtained results expand the possibilities of automated design of high-performance FTTSs with complex spatial structures.
