Abstract

The article is devoted to understanding the phenomenon of migration, its causes
and features in the conditions of a capitalist imperialist economy. The author also reveals con-
tradictions in the German state migration policy, the specifics of the approach of human rights
and socio-political organizations to this problem, as well as the position of the working class
itself.
