THE CONCEPT OF HISTORICAL MEMORY IN THE LIGHT OF POSTMODERN DISCOURSE

Abstract

The article is devoted to analyzing the history of formation and researching the
boundaries of application of the concept of historical memory. The author sees the source of
formation and approval of the concept of historical memory in the socio-humanitarian discourse
in the spread of postmodernism ideas.
