Improving the automated system for accounting for the activities of an enterprise on the example of a network of catering establishments.

The paper considers the possibility of using the technologies of the software module for the subsystem "Discount cards" in the configuration "1C.Company. IBTSKAFE". The provision of convenient functionality, the identification of advantages and the creation of a customer database has been implemented. The necessary diagrams are constructed, the scheme of interaction of the OLE Automation server with the 1C: Enterprise database is considered for further analysis and development of data exchange procedures between the application. A comparison of the results of the loyalty program in the structure of the network of public catering establishments "Guiding Star" was carried out.
