 General provisions

This Provision is developed according to the current legislation.

This Regulation defines organizational-technological and substantive requirements of the International Collection of Scientific Papers "Progressive Technologies and Systems of Mechanical Engineering" (hereinafter the Collection).

The founder of the Collection (the certificate of registration of mass media No. 324 dated 06.08.2015, ISSN 2073-3216) and the publisher of the Collection is Donetsk National Technical University.

This Collection brings together leading scientists and specialists from different countries of the world and is designed for scientific and technical workers, engineers and specialists in the field of mechanical engineering.

The minimum frequency of Collection is 4 times a year, the maximum frequency and volume are not regulated.

State registration of the Collection is carried out in the order prescribed for periodicals by the current legislation and relevant legal documents.

The Chief Editor and the Editorial Board of the Collection are approved by the academic Council of Donetsk National Technical University.

Reorganization or termination of the Collection is carried out by the decision of the Academic Council of Donetsk National Technical University, or entered into force by court decision (which is informed about by the authorized body that registered the Collection).

The Collection is issued in an electronic form and posted on the website http://ptsm.donntu.ru with the opportunity of the publication of the printed version of the Collection by the Publisher if necessary.
