STUDY OF FACTORS AFFECTING THE RATIONAL MOVEMENT OF BASE PLATES BETWEEN PAIRS OF SHAFTS

This article explores the factors affecting the rational movement of n base plates between pairs of shafts. Theoretical study of the dynamics of movement of n base plates between roll pairs, taking into account a number of
influencing factors, namely: the diameter of the shaft, the thickness of the roll coating and its physical and mechanical properties, the geometric dimensions of the base plate, the pressure force, the chain tension force.
