Abstract

A good socio-psychological climate promotes cooperation, loyalty in the group and responsibility for the result. The main ways of increasing the human resources potential of the organization are considered and investigated. The socio-psychological climate of employees of the Pension Fund of the Donetsk People's Republic in the city of Yenakiyevo is studied. A system of motivators for employees with different types of temperament is developed. The main ways of improving the organization of human resources are considered.

The psychological climate of the team shows the level of development of the team and the psychological reserves that give personal self-realization. And this, in turn, is associated with the possibility of developing social factors in the structure of the organization and its conditions. The importance of the psychological climate in the organization develops the effectiveness of social relations and scientific and technological progress of the team. Also, it indirectly affects the personal activity and the immersion depth of a team member in work, in order to increase the psychological reserves of the team.

The main indicators of the socio-mental climate of the labour collective are the desire to preserve the integrity of the group, its compatibility, harmony, cohesion, contact, openness, responsibility.
