Abstract

In today's world, the technology is crucial because it has a significant impact on all sectors of the economy. The digital era has led to the revolutionary transformations in all business functions and the use of advanced information and technological tools.

The digital human resource management has come to the fore with the increasing use of the computer and communication technologies within the organization. The introduction of the digital human resource management
increases organizational efficiency and productivity, which determines the relevance of the research topic.

The role and possible consequences of the digital human resource management are defined. The factors that accelerate the transition to the digital human resource management including the rapid development of the information technology, the increase in the number of the network organizations and globalization are identified.  Rapid changes in the economy lead to the change in the structure of jobs. There are also transformations in the selection and hiring of the personnel, training, efficiency assessment, payment of wages and industrial relations.

To be successful in the competitive market, an organization needs to establish management. It is recommended to standardize the operational processes as much as possible. In addition, to keep costs under control is also necessary for profitability, efficiency and productivity.
