Features of the Foreign Economic Activity Development of the State Using the Mechanism of the Public and Private Partnership

The emergence of the transformational trends in the development of the socio-economic processes currently necessitates the search for ways to overcome the modern threats of the globalized world. Since the solution of problems requires additional funds, which often the state does not have in the required amount, the need to consolidate the efforts of the public authorities and businesses to meet the needs of the population are identified. Related activities require a set of measures that go beyond the competence and capabilities of these sectors. This made it possible to form an actual tool – a public-private partnership (PPP). At the moment, the PPP institution is characterized by various forms covering a wide range of spheres of life, including those related to the problems of attracting foreign investment in the context of the foreign economic activity (FEA) development. In this regard, the special importance of applying this mechanism to the national economy of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) is comprehended.
In this regard, the purpose of this study is to determine the features and directions of the foreign economic activity development of the state using the mechanism of the public-private partnership.
Now, the formation and strengthening of international relations is based on the full integration of the national economy into the processes of globalization and the development of cross-border cooperation. Promoting the search for modern tools to improve the system of the foreign economic activity regulation is the responsibility of the state authorities and encourages them to create conditions for effective interaction with the business sector in order to attract additional funds to ensure sustainable economic growth. The best way to harmonize the interests of the private and public sectors is PPP.
Systematizing the existing mechanisms for the implementation of PPP models used for the foreign economic activity development in foreign practice, it is advisable to single out such as: ROT, RLT, BROT, BLT, BOT, BOO, BOOT, DBFO, DB, DBO, DBM, PFI, BLOT, BTO, DCMF etc. In order to increase the effectiveness of the PPP projects in the foreign economic activity of the DPR, it is recommended to decompose the components, which will ensure the implementation of the process-structured approach that allows them to be optimized.
