It is the task of the state to provide all the conditions for the economic security of the entrepreneurial activity as a guideline for its development in the context of the economy digital transformation. It is the state that should stand up for the protection of the rights and guarantees of the property and private capital. This is the first mandatory legal requirement.
The second: the state is the only institution that should create conditions for the development of the entrepreneurial activity. There are many different economic schools and disputes between the scientists and practitioners as to whether the state should intervene in the operation of the market mechanisms or not, but in any case, considering the formation of the unrecognized republics economies, state institutions should regulate, without violating, without interfering, very carefully, all economic processes until the full restoration of ties and relationships, so as not to violate anyone's interests. If the interests of the private capital owners and the population are in balance, everyone will receive their benefits, then the social stability and economic development will be observed in the republics.
In this regard, the purpose of this article is to study the economic security modelling of the entrepreneurial activity as a guideline for its development in the context of the economy digital transformation.
Currently, there are number of problems that need to be solved in order to model the economic security of the entrepreneurial activity as a guideline for its development in the context of the economy digital transformation.
