Development of Human Resource Management in the Digitalization Context

In the process of research, such theoretical and empirical methods as analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization, description are used.
The article describes the model of the human resource management – digital HR. Modern tools for the work of the HR-specialists using digital technologies are considered. It is determined that the digital services in the field of the recruitment can reach up to 2 billion users, which opens up endless opportunities for recruiters. In addition, digital technologies allow the creation of new forms of work organization, including individual virtual workplaces, virtual groups, teams or communities.
The comparative description of the current HR-models of the human resource management and the HR digital model is carried out. The analysis led to the conclusion that the introduction of the digital HR model is a qualitatively new, human-oriented, integrated way of making personnel decisions by the HR specialists in real time.
The stages of the digital HR implementation with the characteristics of each are analyzed. The introduction of a new HR management model has determined the justification for the main functions of the modern HR specialist in the context of the enterprise digital transformation.
It is determined that the enterprise digital transformation is possible only with the active involvement of an HR specialist who needs additional competencies and skills in this direction. Digital technologies significantly affect the HR activities and change the role of the HR professionals from static to dynamic and strategic one. Changing the HR function becomes a necessary condition for changing the company's business processes.
