Abstract

The training of specialists whose professional qualities meet the requirements of the modern labour market of the DPR is possible only if the efforts of educational institutions and potential commercial employers are combined. The result of such integration is the practice-oriented platforms created on the basis of the Republican active commercial organizations and being leaders in their sector of the economy. Practice-oriented platforms give students the opportunity to immerse themselves in the real production process by acquiring practical skills in the specific jobs as their professional competencies in a particular educational area of training grow.

A set of developed indicators is presented that allow us to evaluate the efficiency of the project implementation for the introduction of the practice-oriented platforms in the system of vocational education in terms of resource support and conditions for the educational process, as well as the effectiveness of all educational activities under practice-oriented training programs. The sequence of analysis of the personnel potential of the tutorship is revealed. An algorithm for calculating the compliance of the results of training and education with the regulatory requirements and requests of consumers of educational services is given.
