An analysis of architectural approaches to the implementation of artificial intelligence in CRM has been performed. A concept of an intelligent intermediate layer has been proposed to standardize the integration of domestic AI services. The principles of building a microservice architecture aimed at increasing the autonomy and efficiency of domestic platforms have been considered.
