THE CLAIMS OF POLITICAL PROJECTIVISM: IS IT POSSIBLE TO ABOLISH THE LAWS OF WORLD HISTORY?

The article is an attempt to look at the patterns of the development of public history of people through the prism of objective relations and contradictions of modern society, justifying the limitations of the claims of political projectivity as a strategy of world capital to manage the human community in accordance with a certain scenario. In this regard, the author wonders: is it possible to outwit world history by bypassing the objective laws of its development and forcing it to be carried out in accordance with a certain "project"?
