Analysis of the sensitivity of the modal control system of the mechanism of movement of the cargo trolley of the bridge crane to the inaccurate determination of the parameters of the control object

The paper presents an analysis of the stability of the modal control system of the mechanism of movement of the cargo trolley of the bridge crane, synthesized from the conditions of damping of cargo vibrations, with inaccurate determination of the parameters of the object of regulation. Computer modeling methods were used to evaluate changes in the quality of regulation when the measured values of the suspension length and weight of the load deviate from the true values. It is shown that within the limits of the accuracy of modern measuring instruments of variable parameters of the object, the synthesized system maintains stability and provides acceptable quality of transients.
